We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Development Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on high-impact projects that inform Gen’s long-term growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, competitors, and emerging trends to inform Gen’s expansion strategy
- Assist with live M&A and investment activities, including financial modeling, company profiling, and due diligence
- Develop presentations and memos for executive leadership and board discussions
- Collaborate across business units (Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to execute strategic initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects, including evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows and team efficiency
Qualifications
- Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and market research
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and a passion for technology, cybersecurity, and fintech
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy a plus

Salary Ranges:
The pay range depicts a base salary range for all positions except commission-based roles. The pay range for commission-based roles represents On Target Earnings (annual base salary + target annual commission). Additional compensation elements may be offered including an opportunity for bonus incentives and also competitive benefits package. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as the external/internal market demand, location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
