MISSION & GOALS

Your mission will be to drive profitable growth for the ReputationDefender brand through best-in-class paid search strategies. By combining deep SEM expertise, data-driven decision-making, and continuous testing, you will help maximize ROI, scale performance, and strengthen our position in the online reputation market.

OBJECTIVES

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns at scale across Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Ads.

  • Own campaign performance from strategy through execution, including bidding, budgeting, forecasting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page optimization.

  • Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and Impression Share.

  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to systematically improve campaign performance.

  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and turn it into actionable strategies.

  • Expert-level SEM knowledge, including campaign structure, automation, and large-scale budget management.

  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate) and performance optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for automation, analysis, and ad creation.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing $5M+ annual paid search budgets.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience with scripts, automation, or bulk campaign management tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper.

  • Previous experience marketing online reputation or similar digital products.

  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads).
