Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) running on Windows

Experience with SailPoint IIQ Integrations (Active Directory, Entra ID,

PAM/CyberArk, AWS Governance, OIM, GitHub, Perforce, Salesforce,

ServiceNow, Workday, Utmost, Zoom).

Experience implementing Life Cycle Manager (LCM) Configuration workflow

tasks that model business functions, including Lifecycle Requests (Role or

Entitlement), Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, or Leaver), and LCM Workflow

Details (Workflows and Subprocesses).

Solid understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules, and policies.

Experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules

including developing QARs to support SOX/PCI Audits.

Proficient in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative

development.

Experience with MS SQL Server.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Entra ID.

Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript,

PowerShell or BeanShell for customization and development within SailPoint

IIQ.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate

business requirements into technical designs.

Perform User access certification activations and validations.

Assist with implementation and integration of IT RBAC roles within SailPoint.

Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications.

Provide Bulk requests support to Users and application teams.

Be able to work in a team geographically diverse team environment.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management,

access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement

management, and separation of duties (SoD).

Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with relational

databases.

Experience with integrating systems and applications using APls and web

services.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IAM

challenges and provide effective solutions.
