About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our Content Marketing team's efforts to achieve strategic objectives and deliver value and guidance to consumers. You will be responsible for supporting the team's role in delivering and distributing new content (videos, blogs, calculators, widgets, and more), driving scalability within our platforms, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, as well as product, analytics, compliance, and our in-house media agency.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Exceptional candidates will have experience writing copy for blogs and ads, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Contentful. Experience with ad platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Content Marketing team in delivering and distributing new content (videos, blogs, calculators, widgets, and more), driving scalability within our platforms, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
- Be an owner of our ad platform and assist with tagging ads correctly and efficiently to ensure proper delivery and tracking.
- Daily management of our other content platforms and assist with meta-tagging, SEO optimization, and monitoring traffic and other engagement metrics.
- Ensure content guideline compliance by all partner teams, updating guidelines as features are updated & added
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, as well as product, analytics, compliance, and our in-house media agency.
- Support sourcing and integrating products & offers for daily content.
- Troubleshoot CMS and ad delivery issues and work with the necessary stakeholders until a solution is in place.
- Build monthly reports and be able to speak to the impact across the Marketing team
- General support and optimization of internal documentation.
- Work with Compliance and Legal teams to complete contracts.
- Write & edit copy for the app, blogs, ads, emails, and other marketing campaign assets as needed
About you
- 1-3 years professional experience in marketing, content, or operations
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Desire to grow professionally and build your skillset with a growing team
- Experience writing copy and hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Contentful are a plus. Experience with Kevel or other ad delivery platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work some EST hours to collaborate with the US team on a semi-frequent basis.
