About the Role
The Partner Manager, Performance Marketing will be focused on onboarding, managing, optimizing and growing MoneyLion’s relationships with Performance Marketing Partners and Lead Generation Platforms. This individual will be the directly responsible party growing accounts and leveraging data and insights, creative strategies to optimize performance, and upsell the entirety of MoneyLion’s Marketplace, Data Products and Services.The Partner Manager will be the primary point of contact for this highly dynamic and high growth business segment. This individual will be proactive, data driven, an excellent communicator and analytical skills, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for MoneyLion across partner organizations with a focus on expansion and revenue growth
- Lead partner initiatives including onboarding and launch plans, program design, performance analysis & optimization, business reviews and more
- Conduct daily analysis of all active campaigns to optimize performance to ensure that we are achieving clients desired KPIs
- Develop strategies and account plans to deepen partner relationships for mutual benefit including cross sell / up sell of new products, features, and integrations
- Provide consultative guidance to and build relationships with key stakeholders across levels and functions of the partner’s organization
- Resolve operational issues through quick thinking, problem solving and appropriate action
- Maintain and ensure high levels of partner value
- Work closely with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to understand changes in performance and optimize bidding strategies
- Advocate for partner needs to help guide product development roadmap. Provide feedback from the field and own discovery as well as presentation of beta products to your market segment
- Provide bottom’s up guidance and forecasts for your book of business based on macro economics factors, upsell pipeline, product roadmap and other opportunities or dependencies
- Support and collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including Sales & Business Development, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering
About You
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or client facing roles working in Affiliate Marketing or Lead Generation, specializing in financial services products
- Ideal candidate will be well versed with various acquisition channels and pricing models: Email, Display, Social, PPC (pay per click) promotion methods with traffic on CPA/CPC/CPF models
- Proven track record of success with regards to campaign management and scaling new acquisition channels
- Self-starter who is motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to pull, filter, and analyze data to identify insights and inform data-driven recommendations; familiarity with reporting platforms like Looker or Tableau is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with an emphasis on building internal and external relationships
- Working knowledge of various technologies to build partnerships (e.g. API’s, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Proficient in Salesforce and Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
The annual base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $115,000 per year with the addition of variable pay. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
