About the Role

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can build strategies, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across SEM & ASO platforms.

You will work closely with our Director, Performance Marketing to execute on SEM & ASO digital marketing strategies, paid campaigns and develop the highest quality marketing assets to capture audiences of our financial product suite. With your excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to maintain partnerships with external vendors. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage priorities, maintain pace and quality, and bring clarity to the multi-channel digital creative production process. By growing our top and bottom funnel, and building out new campaigns, you will directly contribute to our company’s growth goals.

This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated SEM & ASO strategies to optimize direct response campaigns, retargeting, app stores and A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
  • Identify Budget and track pacing on weekly, monthly, quarterly goals.
  • Drive creative optimizations utilizing best creative practices by channel, testing frameworks to drive more leads and delivery on marketing KPIs as defined by the campaign, channel & growth goals.
  • Deploy regular keyword research, ad creative refreshes across acquisition channels and provide guidance on the creation of assets for maximum appeal and performance
  • Create and manage a scheduled workflow through all phases of campaign planning to execution.
  • Facilitate and drive launching new SEM marketing campaigns and test channels.
  • Assess campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and manage cost per acquisition targets
  • Work with cross-functional teams, external agencies to execute SEM/ASO plans and deliver insights.
  • Partner closely with our analytics team to measure effectiveness and to drive campaign efficiency and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketers, Legal/Compliance to help drive success in cross-channel and performance marketing goals
  • Coordinate production of high-quality marketing assets using a combination of internal resources and external vendors
  • Proactively research and monitor (Fintech/Financial space) industry trends on a regular cadence to support the creative team in building new ad opportunities and drive performance goals
  • Report overall channel performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 4+ years of SEM digital marketing experience (Fin-tech industry experience preferred)
  • ASO experience preferred, knowledge of ASO best practices as well as app store algorithms, optimization methods and effective strategies for growing app installs
  • Current and deep hands-on skills with all dynamic ad features in Google AdWords, including Responsive Search Ads and Dynamic Search Ads
  • Strong understanding of Web/Mobile App campaign measurement and attribution
  • Data driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, identifying consumer behavior, creative opportunities and managing cost per acquisition targets
  • Self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-rounded and passionate about learning more, not only about SEM but also about other areas of customer acquisition and marketing
  • Previous experience managing external vendors
  • Experience handling multiple priorities, creative projects across marketing teams
  • Familiar with digital marketing asset production
  • Knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Apple, Snapchat, Tiktok)
  • Knowledge of Data intelligence tools, Keyword research and ranking tools (Data.ai, SEMrush) experience a plus
  • Familiar with Web & MMP tracking & attribution (Google Analytics, Appsflyer) experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of best practices in Mobile App/Web online marketing experience a plus
  • Project/Production management experience a plus

The annual base salary for the Performance Marketing Manager is expected to be between $90,000 to $120,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
