👩‍💻👨‍💻 About the Role

Only three and a half years after entering the market, Mondu is one of Europe’s leading B2B payments providers. Now live across 30+ markets, trusted by ambitious companies, and operating with an EMI license, we’re expanding our commercial footprint in Europe, and beyond.

To support our commercial expansion efforts, we are now looking for working students fluent in either French and/or Italian for our Amsterdam Sales team. If you are passionate about tech, sales, and strategy and ready to gain real hands-on commercial experience, we want to hear from you! The successful candidates will be at the heart of our European expansion, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and prepping high-value customers in key markets.

🚧 What You’ll Do

  • Own a market through your research, outreach, and qualifying of enterprise prospects.
  • Gain experience in the most well known commercial tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Lusha, through ensuring our sales pipeline is filled with new leads.
  • Support the Business Development Lead in building tailored, localized outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure prospecting aligns with go-to-market priorities.
  • Creatively convert leads into meetings to deliver real business impact (via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.).

🏅 What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled at university in a business, economics, or related field.
  • Excellent academic performance, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working.
  • Curiosity, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS, payments, and sales.
  • Able to work in our central Amsterdam office and can commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
  • C1+ in at least one of the following languages: French and/or Italian. You’ll be speaking with natives on a regular basis, so business level fluency is a must here!
  • C1+ in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Have first experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Have worked with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Have an interest in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
