As Lead Integration at Mondu, you will hold a pivotal role in onboarding new merchants to Mondu’s BNPL products. Responsible for ensuring smooth and swift onboarding of new merchants, you are the translator between merchants' business logic and Mondu’s API capabilities. Together with your colleagues from the product organization, you will make sure new merchants will use Mondu’s products in the best way possible. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technical and commercial teams and topics at Mondu.

👩‍💻👨‍💻What you’ll do:

• Ensure quick and smooth technical onboardings for new merchants
• Conduct technical kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with merchants to track integration progress
• Help maintain Mondu’s documentation by writing technical guides and manuals
• Work with Customer Success on delivering the best possible Mondu payment experience to buyers and merchants alike
• Act as inhouse consulting for the Sales team, working on delivering the right solution for future merchants
• Work with the product team on launching new products and features
• Track, report and optimize onboarding-related KPIs
• Continually help improve Mondu’s onboarding experience and internal processes
• Work together with Mondu’s engineering teams to ensure correct API usage
