** Role Mission **
We’re looking for someone who wants to understand how a fintech truly operates from the inside, by directly engaging in the execution, analysis, and improvement of key business processes.
This role sits at the intersection of analysis and operations. You’ll work with data, processes, and real business problems, helping make things run better, faster, and more reliably.
You will collaborate closely with multiple teams (especially Customer Success, Product, and Operations), gaining hands-on exposure to how decisions are made and executed.

This is an entry-level role with real exposure to how a growing fintech operates and makes decisions

** Responsibilities **

Analysis & Operations
Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities
Support the design and documentation of more efficient workflows
Follow up on key operational tasks across the business

Data & Reporting
Work with databases to generate reports and insights
Support the creation and maintenance of operational metrics
Ensure data consistency and quality

Cross-functional work
Collaborate with different teams to understand problems and execute solutions
Support projects involving multiple stakeholders
Track initiatives to ensure timely progress

Tools & Execution
Use tools such as Jira, HubSpot, or others to manage and track processes
Quickly adapt to new tools and ways of working

** Profile & Key Skills **
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related fields
Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or similar exposure to data or processes
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem structuring ability
High attention to detail
Genuine interest in understanding how business processes work
Ability to learn quickly and operate in ambiguous environments
Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets at least intermediate level)
Advanced English proficiency
Interest in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
Curiosity about systems, APIs, and how tools connect
