*Role Mission*
Support technical integrations between clients and Monato’s financial infrastructure, ensuring products connect correctly, efficiently, and at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering. You will analyze integration flows, identify technical friction, and help ensure implementations are clear and reliable.
This is not a reactive support role. It requires technical curiosity, problem diagnosis, and continuous improvement of how clients connect to the platform.
Good role for engineers early in their career who want to work with APIs, payments, and real financial infrastructure.

This role ensures integrations are implemented clearly and reliably, reducing friction and accelerating platform adoption.

*What You’ll Actually Do*
Support client integrations with the Monato platform, including APIs and operational flows.
Assist clients during implementation, sandbox testing, and request/response validation.
Analyze integrations to detect friction points, recurring issues, or improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical blockers.
Review logs, API requests, and technical documentation to diagnose issues.
Document integration processes and create clear guides for clients and internal teams.
Participate in post-mortem analysis of incidents related to integrations.

*Technologies You’ll Work With*
REST APIs
JSON / HTTP requests
Python or scripting for debugging
SQL for basic data analysis
Postman or API testing tools
Logs and monitoring tools
Google Sheets / Excel for operational analysis
Exposure to payment flows and fintech infrastructure.

*What Helps You Succeed in This Role*
Background in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or similar technical field.
Basic knowledge of programming (Python, SQL or similar).
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Strong analytical mindset and interest in diagnosing technical issues.
Ability to read technical documentation and logs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to document technical processes clearly.
Clear communication to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency. Native Spanish.
