• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
  
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
  
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the organization.
  
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and ongoing to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  
• Keep a growing pool of vendors and products (Locally and internationally)
  
• Manage the Stock master list for effective pricing and cost management
  
• Ensure timely stock pickup/availability
  
• Keep a growing list of vendors to be onboarded (pipeline)
  
• Prioritize Blue-chip vendors in commercial planning engagement
  
• Liaise with the Technology and marketing team on Campaigns for Vendor stock sell-out
  
• Product and process SOP development with the Ops team to ensure proper management of stock delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Chemistry background or considerable related experience).
  
• At least 3 Years’ experience.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
  
• Attention to detail is MUST.
  
• A person of high integrity.
  
• Must be a good team-player.
  
• Must be flexible.
  
• Creative problem-solving skills
