We’re seeking a Client Strategy & Ops Manager to help drive customer outcomes and operational excellence as we scale.
The Role
As a Client Strategy & Ops Manager, you’ll own strategic relationships across Finster’s largest enterprise and institutional clients. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, expanding partnerships, and serving as the connective tissue between our clients, product, and go-to-market teams.
You’ll combine financial domain expertise, commercial acumen, and technical fluency to help clients embed Finster’s platform deeply into their workflows.
As a subject matter expert on the Finster AI platform and its workflows, you will:
- Drive Client Impact: Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across institutional asset management and capital markets firms to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Expand Strategic Relationships: Identify and execute opportunities to expand platform usage and revenue across existing clients, partnering closely with sales and leadership to scale enterprise accounts.
- Champion the Client Voice: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Finster’s product and research teams, helping to shape roadmap priorities and long-term product vision.
- Operationalize Excellence: Develop playbooks, dashboards and analytics that improve visibility, efficiency, and impact across the commercial organization.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategy, enterprise support models, and client impact reporting.
- Enable AI Adoption: Partner with institutional clients to accelerate AI transformation across their organizations through workflow design, enablement, and hands-on support.
Who You Are
- 5–8 years of experience in or servicing asset management, investment banking, private markets, consulting, or capital markets technology.
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships and driving outcomes across complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of institutional investment workflows and data environments.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with a bias for action and an ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous settings.
- Passionate about AI and its transformative potential in financial services.
