We’re seeking a Senior Project manager to join Daisy's Asset Management and Advisory Team. This individual will lead and drive a diverse range of projects with the ultimate objective of implementing cutting-edge property management solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects of various sizes and complexity across our portfolio of properties located in New York City.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of experts including board members and building residents to meet deadlines and budgets while facilitating clients' needs.
- Monitor progress and budget metrics to meet the project plans.
- Assess and mitigate project risks while ably managing change requests.
- Serve as a key liaison for clients, vendors, and property managers.
- Oversee relationships with various vendors and third-party stakeholders.
About you
- You possess a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally within the real estate sector in the New York City market.
- A degree in business, real estate, or a related field is compulsory, while Project Management Professional certification or similar qualification
- Experienced with real estate construction management and is accustomed to collaborating with various third parties, including engineers, architects, general contractors, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
- You have demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools and are experienced with financial management platforms.
- You have an exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build consensus in complex situations.
- You have a successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion along with extensive knowledge of local codes and permit requirements
- You are a strategic thinker and a problem solver who can make data-driven decisions.
- You uphold a client-first mindset and have a track record of delivering excellence.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and take the initiative in your role.
- You can successfully manage the concurrent delivery of multiple complex projects.
- Condo/co-op property management experience is desirable.
- Real Estate Construction Management is ideal.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $135,000
