We’re seeking a Senior Project manager to join Daisy's Asset Management and Advisory Team. This individual will lead and drive a diverse range of projects with the ultimate objective of implementing cutting-edge property management solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects of various sizes and complexity across our portfolio of properties located in New York City.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of experts including board members and building residents to meet deadlines and budgets while facilitating clients' needs.
• Monitor progress and budget metrics to meet the project plans.
• Assess and mitigate project risks while ably managing change requests.
• Serve as a key liaison for clients, vendors, and property managers.
• Oversee relationships with various vendors and third-party stakeholders.

About you

• You possess a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally within the real estate sector in the New York City market.
• A degree in business, real estate, or a related field is compulsory, while Project Management Professional certification or similar qualification
• Experienced with real estate construction management and is accustomed to collaborating with various third parties, including engineers, architects, general contractors, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
• You have demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools and are experienced with financial management platforms.
• You have an exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build consensus in complex situations.
• You have a successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion along with extensive knowledge of local codes and permit requirements
• You are a strategic thinker and a problem solver who can make data-driven decisions.
• You uphold a client-first mindset and have a track record of delivering excellence.
• You are adaptable, proactive, and take the initiative in your role.
• You can successfully manage the concurrent delivery of multiple complex projects.
• Condo/co-op property management experience is desirable.
• Real Estate Construction Management is ideal.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $135,000

In addition to the base salary, Daisy employees may be eligible for equity options, reflecting our belief in shared ownership and collective success. We also offer fully covered health benefits. Final salary decisions are made considering several factors such as industry standards, previous experience, skill set, and our internal compensation strategy.
