Daisy Property Management is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our AMA (Asset Management and Advisory) team. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with property and project managers, ensuring the efficient execution of property-related projects while keeping clients' best interests at the forefront. We're looking for someone who brings not only the required qualifications but also a passion for ensuring the highest level of service for our clients. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete projects in collaboration with the AMA team, building managers, and project supervisors
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
- Visit active project sites, liaise with engineers, lawyers, and general contractors, and keep everyone updated.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and schedules
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deadlines
- Monitor budget adherence and track project expenses
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and obstacles
- Provide regular project status updates
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Manage the project proposal pipeline
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the real estate industry
- Familiarity with condo and co-op building management is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Microsoft Project)
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000

Final salary decisions are made considering several factors such as industry standards, previous experience, skill set, and our internal compensation strategy.
