As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing Constrafor's ongoing relationships with active General Contractors and Suppliers that participate within our Early Pay Program. Your responsibilities will include increasing contractor participation, managing and growing a book of business through referrals and partnerships, and providing consultative solutions to our customers. You will work closely with sales, customer success, marketing and servicing to develop a streamlined engagement process with our General Contractors to expand their participation and partnership with Constrafor's receivable financing product.

You will

  • Proactively engage and build strong relationships with participating General Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Acquire new EPP business through referrals and partnerships.
  • Cultivate and expend the use of Early Pay Program on active projects.
  • Increase the frequency and quality of industry participation.
  • Manage and grow a book of business.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall customer development process.
  • Act as an ambassador of Constrafor and insure that our clients are maximizing on their partnership with us.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight
  • Exposure to supply chain financing or account receivable financing is a strong plus.
  • Quick adaptability within a dynamic sales program.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively engage with clients.

Constrafor Benefits

  • Base: $65,000-75,000 salary + generous performance bonus.
