Role Summary – what makes this an exciting opportunity

We are looking for a Crypto Partnership Manager who is accountable for creating and overseeing strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. This position centres on the cultivation of relationships with prominent figures in the crypto realm, building on existing strategic partnerships with some of the most innovative names in Digital Asset Custody to foster growth, cooperation, and shared success and enable us to be The Blockchain Protection Company.

As our Partnerships Manager, you are key in strengthening Coincovers partner business and in contributing to our continued customer success.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to focus on ensuring that focused partners are fully engaged, recognize Coincover as a preferred and collaborative partner, and that together, they deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for partners enablement journey and continuous improvement.

This is a strategic role and Coincovers primary contact to advisory partners when it comes to the deployment/delivery of our solutions.

Responsibilities – I want to and can do that!

  • Coach the direct sales and partner sales team and deliver a successful strategy and model that supports Coincover’s business success and contributes to aggressively creating and expanding the Coincover footprint and achieves/exceeds revenue goals
  • Build on existing partner relationships and create a “land & expand” strategy
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem
  • Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and collaboration
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and relationship nurturing
  • Collaborate with partners to conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse the success and impact of partnership activities, making data-driven improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the crypto and blockchain space
  • Leverage insights to identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Ensure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the crypto industry
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations

    Requirements – I've already done that or have that!

    • Successful track record in direct and Partner sales within an Enterprise Software, ideally in Crypto, Blockchain and FinTech
    • Strong B2B and B2C background
    • Knowledge of the Crypto market
    • Experience building and managing Partner relationships
    • Strong experience in managing partners and driving their success
    • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
    • Experience of a recognised Sales Methodology will be an advantage
    • Strong track record of scaling a business and ability to successfully build and manage a strong Go-to-Market model both direct and through partners
