bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.

Your Role

As a Product Designer at bunch, you will ship high-quality product experiences in one of our product squads and be accountable for the craft, clarity, and impact of your work.

You will:

  • Own end-to-end UX/UI for well-scoped initiatives, from early concept through launch and iteration

  • Partner with Product to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria, and contribute to discovery (interviews, workflows, synthesis)

  • Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and create prototypes for alignment and testing

  • Run lightweight usability tests and use data where available to validate and iterate

  • Apply our design system consistently, identify gaps, and contribute improvements (components, patterns, documentation)

  • Provide specs, states, and rationale, and partner with engineers to ensure quality in build

  • Communicate trade-offs and rationale clearly with PM, Engineering, Ops, and other stakeholders

  • Participate in critiques and reviews; ask for feedback early and often

About you

  • 3+ years in product design (or equivalent), ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflows

  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, iteration, and ability to simplify complexity

  • Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basics

  • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and comfort working with design systems

  • Experience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, bulk actions, filters, exports) and/or permissioned workflows

  • Clear written and verbal communicator, collaborative, and pragmatic

  • Experience in fintech, private markets, regulated industries, or document-heavy systems is a plus

Our design stack

  • Design: Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) + internal design system

  • Research & validation: lightweight usability testing, product analytics

  • Collaboration: Notion, Linear, Slack

  • Frontend (for context): TypeScript, Svelte

Workplace & Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus equity

  • Customizable benefits package (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more)

  • 28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidays

  • Remote-flexible hybrid (3 days/week in office)

  • Up to 4 remote calendar weeks a year

  • A great tech and work setup

  • Work with a diverse team of 120+ bunchies from 40+ countries, with leaders who are best-in-class in their domains

About bunch

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. We combine AI-powered automation with deep regulatory expertise to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with one integrated platform across the fund lifecycle, purpose-built for private markets heading toward $32 trillion in Assets Under Management.

We've 4x our ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs on the platform, and just closed our $35M Series B in May 2026. We're looking for ambitious people who want real ownership of hard problems, and who care about building infrastructure that actually matters to the people using it.
