About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join as the first full-time hire in marketing, working directly with our Marketing Lead and Co-Founders. You’ll help scale the function from the ground up, with significant ownership over brand, growth, and partnership strategy. This is a high-impact role for a Swiss Army knife type of marketer — someone who blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, and can operate fluidly across channels, teams, and markets.
You’ll lead end-to-end marketing execution, manage a significant budget across content, field marketing, and partnerships, and help position us as the go-to software company in private markets across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Operate as right hand of Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with Head of Sales and Co-Founders to shape and execute marketing and commercial vision
Own multi-channel growth strategy across content, digital, branding, events, and account-based marketing (ABM)
Help define and grow our partnership strategy with key players in the VC/PE ecosystem
Build, mentor and coordinate a growing team — starting with marketing interns and external freelance network (presently consisting of 4 people)
Manage and optimize marketing budgets across content, events, and brand activations
Plan and execute field marketing initiatives across Europe (focus on Germany, Netherlands, UK), including on-site presence and traveling
Craft high-quality, localized content that resonates with investors, fund managers, and operators
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Success to support go-to-market efforts, customer engagement, and product launches
Monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and iterate based on data

What You Should Bring With You
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, consulting, or private markets (VC/PE)
Track record of owning marketing campaigns or project management end-to-end, across brand, digital, content, and events (operating cross-functionally)
Strategic thinker + doer: capable of big-picture planning and daily execution
Experience working with partnerships or ecosystems in a growth or brand context is a strong plus
Background in consulting or finance is a plus — you’re comfortable speaking the language of capital
Comfortable empowering sales, product, and leadership teams
A natural storyteller with a sharp design eye and an instinct for what resonates
High ownership mentality: if you don’t have a skill yet, you’re eager and proactive to acquire and learn it.
Fluency in English; German is a strong plus. Spanish or French are a plus.
Proficiency with G-Suite and experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Canva, Figma, Adobe-Suite and/or Webflow.
