To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate (role) professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will be at the core of bunch’s growth in the Dutch market. Working closely with the NL Country Manager, you will take on impactful projects that shape our local commercial and operational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of bunch from within and gain experience of scaling a fast-growing fintech startup in a new market.

How the role contributes to the company's vision

• You'll drive our international expansion with real ownership and impact. As part of our small team, you'll have immediate responsibility in building an international fintech company from the ground up.

• You will support our country manager in the Netherlands on crucial business topics, from commercial to operations and strategy, giving you experience across all parts of the business.

• This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time commercial role at bunch, a VC, or any other high-growth startup.

Top responsibilities

• You will be the right hand to the country manager, closely working together on any challenge that comes with scaling the business to the next level.

• You will contribute to lead generation, sales, and customer support for our product lines.

• You will carry out gap analyses in product and offering, derive strategic insights, and proactively drive solutions.

• You will collaborate on various operational and automation initiatives with the HQ team in Berlin, streamlining processes for efficiency.

What you should bring with you

• Full-time availability for 6 months, starting from September.

• You have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record.

• Some experience in top-tier consulting, banking, private equity, venture capital, startups, or other fast-paced environments is highly valued but not essential.

• You have a sincere curiosity in entrepreneurship and demonstrate initiative, as well as strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for fintech.

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.

• You get stuff done.
