To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate sales professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

How the role contributes to the company strategy

• You will play a key role in streamlining our contractual processes and driving financial accuracy as we scale.

• bunch’s product sits at the intersection of finance and law, and bunch’s legal team is critical to our company’s success.

• The role is cross-functional, and you will have a positive impact across many departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Tech, and Product.

Top responsibilities

• You will be responsible for running bunch’s customer relationships from a legal and invoicing perspective. This includes:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with our customers, together with the Sales and Customer Success teams;

  • Coordinating and co-managing billing processes together with our Finance Team; and

  • Independently maintaining and organising relevant databases (via Retool, Hubspot, and GDrive) and administering our contracts.

• Your role will also have the potential to grow into further areas of contracting and financial management in bunch, namely:

  • Vendor/supplier contract and procurement management; and

  • Support for accounting and investor reporting workstreams within the Finance Team.

At bunch, our tech-first approach also applies to our internal processes. You’ll also be working to optimise contracting and billing for bunch through tech integrations. For this, you’ll work closely with bunch's automation, business development, product, and operations teams, including LLM use cases and other legal tech and AI applications.

What you should bring with you:

• Completed studies in law (LL.B./LL.M. or equivalent qualification), completed training as a legal assistant or legal specialist or a comparable qualification

• Previous professional experience as a legal operations specialist, paralegal, or business lawyer of at least 1-3 years

• Strong contractual drafting skills

• Confidence with common applications (MS Office and PDF), and familiarity with or openness to using Retool, Stripe, and other tech tools

• Some experience with or interest in expanding into financial operations (invoicing, accounting, financial reporting, etc.)

• Excellent written and spoken skills in English, along with solid German skills (no native speakers required)

• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with responsibility

• Be excited about working in a fluid, innovative, fast-paced, and creative environment and about being a part of the bunch's culture

• If prior experience in or exposure to financial services or funds regulation, this is a plus, but not a prerequisite
