We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager for our growing team. If you thrive in a startup environment, have experience in fintech, banking, or private markets, and are excited about owning end-to-end product development, this role is for you.
How the role contributes to the company's vision
You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy while ensuring alignment with our customers’ needs and business goals. This is a high-impact position where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build products that deliver tangible value, including engineering, design, operations, and customer success.
Top responsibilities
Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with bunch’s strategic goals
Identify opportunities to simplify and digitise private market processes
Conduct customer interviews and market research to understand user needs deeply
Translate customer insights into precise product requirements and user stories
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions
Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle
Define success metrics and use data to track product performance and inform decision-making
Continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve our product
What you should bring with you
7+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience in private markets, fintech, or banking.
Demonstrated success in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
