To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.
How the role contributes to the company's vision
You will be our very first recruiter, joining our journey during a very exciting time. We are a team of 60+ international people, working across multiple European countries. Your role will be key to supporting our growth across Europe, and hiring great talents for multiple business departments

Top responsibilities
Own recruitment OKRs and projects across all bunch business departments
Execute and strategise our hiring roadmap and new recruitment initiatives
Drive bunch hiring processes, training, and best practices
Provide guidance and market insights to our hiring managers
Improve and scale our sourcing strategy and build high-quality candidate pipelines
Leverage innovative ideas to attract the best people to join bunch
Maintain a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience on the full scope of talent acquisition

Implement and follow hiring metrics data to make informed decisions and improve our hiring deliverables, such as our time to hire, hiring manager satisfaction, offer acceptance rate and more.
What you should bring with you
3+ years of experience in business recruitment, ideally in a start-up or scale-up
Passion for talent acquisition, including sourcing, and a strategic-thinking mindset
Desire to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment
A data-driven approach and an analytical mindset
Great communication skills with various stakeholders, including senior leadership,
Proactivity in offering the best possible hiring experience, and tackling any bottlenecks along the process
