How the role contributes to the company's vision

We are seeking a Senior AML & KYC Manager to elevate our AML & KYC operations, ensuring delivery excellence across our SPV and Fund clients in various jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in shaping and leading our AML & KYC function, driving regulatory adherence, and managing external partnerships.

Top responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive KYC & AML checks while enhancing our tooling and process landscape.

  • Establish standards and best practices for AML & KYC operations.

  • Collaborate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders, including our Legal, Product, and Commercial organisations.

  • Build and maintain an efficient system for AML data management and utilization.

  • Drive forward key projects, including toolset reviews, AutoIdent check implementation, and Ops risk score design.

Initial priorities

  • Review and optimize current working procedures and tools.

  • Implement an AutoIdent check in the onboarding process, collaborating with Product and the Head of Operations for contract setup with external providers.

  • Design and maintain the Ops risk score, establishing protocols for re-KYC processes.

What you should bring with you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or Legal.

  • Proven experience in AML or AFC roles, with a strong background in operational execution, preferably in Fintech companies.

  • Prior people management experience and a solid network in the AML domain.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.

  • Curiosity to learn and a motivation to be part of building a new company.

  • A hands-on approach combined with the capability to steer projects forward.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.
