To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate sales professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

How the role contributes to the company's vision

  • This role is a critical component to catapult bunch's growth forward, establishing and executing our commercial strategy with enterprise customers leading to bunch becoming the industry standard for private market investments.

  • A successful hire will contribute to setting the pace of building a stellar commercial organisation.

Top responsibilities

  • Your key focus is acquiring new business in the private investment space.

  • Build and maintain relationships between bunch and General Partners (GPs) of prospect and client funds.

  • Understand the challenges faced by prospects and customers and develop account plans for specific lists of target accounts, including demand generation and closing plans.

  • Be in touch with the competitive landscape to assist in creating win-based proposals and pricing.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth development teams to develop strategies for generating demand and increasing customer engagement within the target accounts.

  • Create business cases that demonstrate the business value and return clients can expect by using bunch.

  • Nurture client relationships, strive for process excellence that allow to maximise customer satisfaction to ensure long-term retention.

What you should bring with you

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in full sales cycles for high-value and complex products in the SaaS space.

  • Relationship building and communication skills that allow you to win trust with authenticity and expertise.

  • Impact-driven mindset and curiosity: you strive to understand the expected outcome, get the context, and work entrepreneurially to get it done.

  • Customer-centric approach: you proactively understand and share our customers' goals.

  • SaaS Sales Operational Excellence: you think about optimisation, the math of our sales engine, conversion rates and end-to-end sales funnel and pipeline management...

  • Business fluency in German and English due to the initial focus of the role in the DACH market.

  • Deep-dive interview with the Sales & Customer Success Lead - discover the role in more detail and discuss how your journey has prepared you for it (sales skills), your learnings along the way, your goals and your overall personal purpose.

  • Case Interview with Sales & Customer Success Lead and Co-Founder, to demonstrate your ways of working and expertise.

  • Final meeting with the Founders (onsite) to further learn about our vision and wrap up the process.
