We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our growth in Germany, expanding our reach and connecting with more customers. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll be in the thick of the action, shaping and executing campaigns that make a real impact. What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Lead, you’ll lead (the clue is in the title) our growth efforts in Germany. You’ll develop and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the German market, working closely with a dynamic, international team based in our Stockholm headquarters. You’ll identify and partner with influencers, negotiating collaborations and building long-term relationships. Running paid social media campaigns will be a key part of your role, as you optimize performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Lets stress the fact that this is a hands on role, you will be in the trenches, calling influencers, reviewing contracts and following up on results to inform your next move. You will get the opportunity to own and independently drive the marketing efforts of an entire market. Hence the title 😀

Data will be your best friend as you analyze customer acquisition performance, tweak strategies in real time, and uncover insights that drive growth. Staying ahead of trends is crucial, so you’ll continuously explore new ideas, experiment with emerging platforms, and create compelling content in collaboration with our design team. Every day will be different, but one thing remains constant: you’ll play a key role in helping us reach more people in Germany and empower them to improve their financial lives.

Germany constitutes our biggest growth opportunity to date and it would not be an exaggeration to say that this role will give you the opportunity to play a big (read REALLY big) part in our continued success. After that, the sky is the limit.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone fluent in German who can communicate effectively across audiences. You should have a deep understanding of the German influencer landscape and experience negotiating partnerships that drive results. A performance-driven mindset is essential, with a keen ability to track and optimize marketing efforts. Creativity and problem-solving skills will set you apart, allowing you to test new approaches and pivot when needed. Strong negotiation abilities, a data-driven approach, and a proactive, adaptable attitude will help you succeed in this role. You should be comfortable working in an unstructured environment, building processes from scratch, and taking full ownership of your projects.
