We’re looking for a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach in Germany, connect with more customers, and accelerate our growth. This full-time role is based in our cozy Stockholm headquarters, where you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic, international team. Together, we’re building something remarkable—and having fun doing it.

What You’ll Do

As a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts in Germany. Your role will combine creativity, performance analysis, and relationship-building as you craft campaigns that resonate with our audience. Specifically, you will:

• Develop influencer partnerships: Find and engage influencers, negotiate win-win collaborations, and build long-term relationships.
• Run high-performing campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Dive into data: Analyze customer acquisition performance, adjust strategies in real time, and share actionable insights with the team.
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep a pulse on social media trends, experiment with new ideas, and connect with emerging target audiences.
• Create engaging content: Collaborate with our creative team to produce thumb-stopping ads and campaign materials.

• Strong negotiator: You’re skilled at building deals that work for everyone—without losing sight of the numbers.
• Data-savvy: You’re no stranger to performance analysis and love digging into data to make informed decisions.
• Proactive and adaptable: You’re hands-on, resourceful, and eager to create processes where none exist.

Bonus points if you have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field and a passion for making finance more accessible for everyone.
