What you will be doing:
As a Software Engineer at Anyfin, you'll step into a startup environment brimming with diversity and rapid evolution. Collaborate with like-minded colleagues who are driven, supportive, and embrace change with open arms (it will happen no matter if you do or not so you might as well roll with it). You'll join a team comprising senior and mid-level, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize Node.js and React as your primary tools, alongside TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and React Native. Your focus will primarily be on the backend development as this is where most of our work for the foreseeable future lies.

• Tackle intricate coding challenges, crafting new products and enhancing existing features.

• Engage in a spectrum of tasks, from refining processing systems to enhancing customer-facing web and native apps.

• Actively participate in system and product design, fuelled by an open and inquisitive mindset.

• Collaborate within autonomous cross-functional teams, shaping product and business strategies.

• Share insights, best practices, and guidelines, fostering a culture of collective growth.

Who You Are:

• Proficient in TypeScript, with a strong preference for Node.js and React.
  A strong passion for backend and a track record that showcases this preference.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a bonus for familiarity with React Native - if you have 10+ years of experience we won’t hold it against you. On the contrary we would love to hear about it, but unfortunately we do not have any openings for newly graduated or junior developers at the moment.

• Strike a balance between perfection and pragmatism in your code.

• Advocate for clean, readable code as the cornerstone of our foundational work.

• Additional skills in Python, Go, SQL, and GraphQL are advantageous but not a “must have”.

• Experience in the financial sector and a background in computer science are desirable but not mandatory.
