So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing unnecessary and expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for an Operations Agent - Student Worker to join the Finland Operations team.
What you will be doing
As an Operations Agent - Student Worker you will be part of a team that performs customer service that is second to none. In Operations we always try to find new ways to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and our customer base. The role entails participating in and providing general customer service, credit assessments, AML & Fraud reviews and more. Your job will be to help customers to a better personal financial situation where you will analyze and evaluate complicated credit applications and make decisions based on our credit policy. You also have a great deal of personal responsibility to assess who is suitable to refinance loans or not.
Furthermore, you will work directly with our customers in various channels.

Who you are

Fluent in English and of course Finnish (we know but you would be surprised how many people there are that don’t believe that would be a necessity…)

You are passionate about explaining how things fit together, high and low

You are a flexible person, happy to step in and stand up for the team

Communicative, you know the meaning of providing clear service in both writing and speech.

Willing to work between 10-20 hours/week (with start in September 2023)
It’s a merit if you;

Have worked with customer service before,
-
Have experience from AML, credit assessments or Fraud before or,
-
Have worked with customer success/sales.

Our journey so farOur journey so far
2017Founded; Sven, Filip and Mikael got together in a small room in Stockholm, figuring out how to help people with their finances in the best way.
2018We were publically launched with our first product - Refinancing. Our Series A investment round of 47 million SEK was secured and we started growing.
2019Time to explore markets outside of Sweden - Finland is launched! We also moved to our current office on Drottninggatan in Stockholm. On top of that we secured our second investment round (Series A+) of 80 million SEK.
2020We launched several new products; Credit Block, The bridge, Monthly Economy and Subscriptions. We also doubbled in size from 40 to 80 employees and got our Series B investment of 300 million SEK.
2021We broadened our scope and launched Anyfin in Germany. We grew to 130 employees. Our fourth investment, Series B+ of 450 million SEK.
2022We continued growing and went live in Norway! We launched Savings and Bill Smoothing. Opened our German office and got our Series C investment of 320 million SEK.
