Early winners include Namma Yatri, HouseEazy, BazaarNow, Inamo, Inspecity, Armory, Green Aero Propulsion and more. We are now significantly expanding our Indian capital formation capabilities to support the next phase of growth starting with Antler India’s second fund.
The Role
We are seeking a Capital Partner (India) to lead fundraising and investor relations in India. This is a foundational, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for raising Antler India’s second fund, sourcing Indian capital for our global fund-of-funds & continuity vehicles, eliciting strong Indian investor interest for Indian co-investments and global AI-focused SPVs, managing existing investor relations and building a high-performing capital formation function.

They will own the fundraising process from origination through closing and ongoing investor stewardship, working closely with Antler’s India Partners and the global Capital Team.
This is not solely a strategy or stewardship position. The successful candidate will personally originate relationships, pitch investors, manage diligence and negotiations, travel frequently and close capital. They will also build and lead a small capital team as the platform grows.
