Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and engaged operator to join the Founder Experience team as a visiting associate and support the planning and execution of Antler ONE. The ideal candidate has some experience in event coordination, operations, or project management, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings structure and clarity even under pressure. This is a hands-on role where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of program activities by coordinating logistics, timelines, and run-of-show documents
Help ensure every component of the program—from venue setup to tech and content—is prepared and delivered on time
Assist with day-to-day program operations such as speaker sessions, workshops, and milestone events to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for founders
Work closely with founders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure activities are well-coordinated and executed to a high standard
Help maintain a welcoming and inspiring office—taking pride in making sure the space looks great, feels welcoming, and that all practicalities and logistics are handled seamlessly
Support the scouting funnel by operating our CRM (HubSpot) to help maintain speed, accuracy, and visibility across the investment team
Requirements
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Previous experience in startups, consulting, event planning, or side projects showing initiative.
- A bias to action - you get things done without waiting for perfect instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in teams across multiple workstreams.
- You bring energy, initiative, and take pride in creating smooth, well-executed experiences for others
