The Role
As part of Antler’s Founder Experience team, you’ll build the systems, data workflows, and operational structures that power our scouting and founder selection across Europe. You’ll design scalable processes, optimize funnel performance, and ensure we identify and support the most exceptional founders from day one.
Responsibilities
Optimize & Scale Our Scouting Systems – Improve and scale infrastructure and evaluate tooling for direct sourcing, identifying and engaging the best founders accross Europe.
Leverage Data & Analytics – Develop frameworks to track performance, analyze scouting funnels, and improve decision-making.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Identify inefficiencies in how we evaluate and select startups, and implement solutions that enhance speed and accuracy.
- Run Growth & Performance Marketing Initiatives – Design, execute, and measure campaigns and nurture complete user journeys to attract high-potential founders.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with investment teams and global product and marketing teams to align sourcing efforts with firm-wide objectives.
Requirements
- Data & Systems-Oriented – You have experience building, automating, and optimizing workflows at scale. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards, CRM systems (Hubspot is a bonus), or marketing analytics.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, growth marketing, or data-driven roles.
Performance Marketer Mindset – You understand how to launch, measure, and iterate campaigns for high-intent lead generation.
Growth Hacker Mentality – You think creatively about how to source, engage, and convert top founders efficiently.
Fast-Paced & Adaptive – You thrive in high-intensity environments and can execute quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Strategic Thinker & Doer – You can zoom out to design scalable systems and zoom in to execute effectively.
