The Role
This MBA Intern role sits within the Antler Elevate Investment Team, which invests in companies from pre-Series A to Series C across sectors and geographies. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the VC investment process. This includes sourcing and evaluating early-stage startups, conducting investment due diligence, shaping investment memos, supporting deal execution, and working with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives post-investment. You will work closely with Elevate team members based in Singapore, as well as other members of the global Elevate team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and put forward investment recommendations:
- Lead market research (e.g., market sizing, competitor benchmarking)
- Write investment memos (e.g., unit economics analysis, distill key insights)
- Create financial models (e.g., historical / projected financials, returns analysis)
- Lead thematic research into investment trends, and identify companies to engage with (e.g. AI agents, vertical AI, stablecoin based payments)
- Assist the investment team with other day-to-day activities.
- Support portfolio companies with ad hoc initiatives
- Run fund projects around structuring and setting up of next generation funds
Requirements
- Available for a 3-6 month internship starting in July 2025
- A recent or current MBA graduate from a top-ranked program
- Min. 2-yr FT work experience at a leading VC, PE, consulting firm, investment bank, or startup
- Independent and proactive with a can-do attitude and comfortable with ambiguity
- Exceptional in expressing your ideas
- Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship and startups
- Singapore work authorization
