Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong technical expertise in software development, back-end/front-end engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, or data science.
• A track record of building world-class products.
• A vision to build something impactful from the ground up, with the mindset to scale and adapt quickly.
• Ambition to lead a startup: You should be driven to take ownership, make strategic decisions, and turn your expertise into a high-growth business.
