Program Details

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Duration: 10 weeks, starting April 14, 2025
• Format: Full-time, in-person

During this 10-week Residency, you’ll:

• Ideate and refine business concepts that solve meaningful problems.
• Find and partner with the right co-founder(s).
• Prepare to pitch your startup to our Investment Committee for up to US$600K (US$110,000 in the first tranche) in early-stage funding.

This program is just the beginning. Once you join the Antler portfolio, you’ll receive continued support and access to a global network to help you scale your business.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for exceptional people with strong software development and engineering backgrounds who want to build their own tech venture from scratch. Join us if you have the following:

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML models. A deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods, with a proven ability to solve complex problems using AI in a technology firm or a high-growth startup
• Strong background in data architecture, ETL processes, and database management. Expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow, and maintaining data integrity across systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI and data engineering projects from conception to deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence within the team
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to use diplomacy & communication to influence outcomes and others without authority
• Know-how to conduct technical analyses of business problems, develop technical roadmaps and story outlines, write user stories, refine product backlogs, and coordinate or prioritise conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• An ability to work independently, without needing day-to-day guidance, make independent decisions and influence positive outcomes
