Unlike traditional accelerators, we don’t just support existing startups—we help build them from scratch. We bring together talented and ambitious individuals, help them form co-founding teams, validate ideas, and provide the first investment to launch their businesses.

Who We’re Looking For

We back founders with strong execution ability, whether they bring technical, product, sales, or executive expertise. You might be:

• A technical leader (engineer, CTO, data scientist) with experience building and scaling products.
• A commercial or sales operator with a track record of securing customers and driving growth.
• A domain expert with deep knowledge of a pressing industry problem and the drive to solve it.
• A product leader who understands how to take ideas from concept to market.

Beyond your skill set, you have what we call Founder DNA:

• Inner drive – You set ambitious goals and work relentlessly to achieve them.
• Creative problem-solving – You can think from first principles and build scalable solutions.
• Grit – You persist through challenges and adapt quickly to new information.

You don’t need a fully-formed idea when you apply—we’ll help you develop one. What matters is your ability to execute.

The Antler Residency: Your Path to Venture Funding

The 12-week Residency is where you’ll find co-founders, validate ideas, and build the foundations of a high-growth startup. It takes place in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, with full-time, in-person collaboration for the first six weeks. If you’re based out of state, expect to spend 2-4 weeks in one of these cities meeting potential co-founders and testing your idea.

Here’s what to expect:

• Formation & Validation – Meet potential co-founders, refine ideas, and validate business models through workshops, masterclasses, and expert-led sessions.
• Due Diligence – Work with experienced business coaches to gather user feedback, refine your product, and prepare your pitch.
• Investment Committee (IC) – Pitch your business to Antler’s global and local VC partners. If successful, you’ll receive pre-seed funding and join the Antler portfolio.
• Post-Investment Support – As a funded founder, you’ll get ongoing support in fundraising, hiring, product development, and scaling, plus access to Antler’s global network of investors, operators, and entrepreneurs.
