The role

We are looking for an all round Finance Manager. As a Finance Manager you are responsible for all workflows related to tax, legal and finance. You support the global Finance team to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidation management:
  • To perform monthly consolidation for the company’s global operations, including subsidiaries and joint ventures (using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud Close)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for users experiencing errors with the consolidation software

• Reporting and compliance:
  • Prepare monthly group report for management review, including performing variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Provide guidance, address queries, review and approve month end reporting submitted by accountants for entities under HQ (2 entities)
  • Support the finance teams in the preparation of annual financial statements, external audit requirements and tax filing with regulators

• Process improvement:
  • Continuously improve and optimize our financial workflows and conventions leveraging technology and automation where possible
  • Support planning and execution activities for the project migration of new ERP software - Oracle Netsuite

• Team collaboration:
  • Support the finance teams in the execution of ad-hoc projects
  • Interact and problem-solve with finance teams across different time zones
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on consolidation and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Excellent analytical, detail- oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions
