Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to work alongside the brightest people in the startup ecosystem? Antler's Nordic team is looking for an intern to join us in Helsinki on our mission to find, attract, support, and invest in the most talented founders!
As a Scouting & Program Intern, you will support various tasks within the end-to-end execution of the Antler program - including supporting design and execution, helping manage the relevant Antler resources, and partake in deep interactions with our founders. This is a 6 month role and onsite at our office in Helsinki.
At Antler Helsinki, we will kick off our next cohort in Mid-August, lasting for 12 weeks. Before that, we are actively going through applications for the cohort before it starts.
- Assist in executing the founder scouting process for Antler’s Helsinki Residency.
- Support the screening and interviewing processes, take ownership of our pipelines and infrastructure to effectively source, engage, and secure top-tier founders and startups.
- Manage pre-residency founder communications and coordinate logistics for networking events and other activities.
- Support the Program team to blueprint, assemble and manage the operations of the residency, aiming at the best experience possible for our entrepreneurs
- Help run our cohorts by managing the day-to-day founder communication, operations, and logistics.
- Other administrative and operational tasks are associated with this role’s varied nature.
- Work closely with the Program lead and rest of the Antler team, including interactions with founders, partners and advisors.
- Great communicator that loves working with people
- Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines, and moving targets
- Genuine interest in the startup and VC ecosystem
- Ability to be based in Helsinki for the duration of the internship
