Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview

As Antler’s global Chief Financial Officer, you have the experience and skills to drive the financial performance of the group while building out a finance organization that is both efficient and able to handle our future growth and expansion.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will be deeply involved in setting and executing the strategy of the company, optimizing our capital structure and ensuring strong corporate governance. You will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with other members of the leadership team, several of which are located in Oslo.

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you will have a background in financial management and/or operations. You have a demonstrated ability to structure and drive efficient processes. You are equally comfortable combining long-term strategic thinking with having an eye for the details.

You are driven by working with great people and enjoy getting involved in the details, driven by the following qualities:

• Commercial aptitude and ability to assess risks vs. rewards
• Highly collaborative personality while also being comfortable pushing back when needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp and solve complex issues
• Knowledge of fund finance and operations is a positive

• Location: Oslo. High flexibility in relocating to other locations
