We are looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join our team in Lisbon or Madrid.

As a Marketing Associate at Antler, you'll have a key role in shaping our brand presence and media outreach. You will drive effective marketing, communications, and community initiatives.

Your main goal will be to position Antler as the go-to brand in the venture capital arena, captivating aspiring founders and potential investors.

📝 Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure consistent and on-brand representation for Antler in the Iberian region.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives to enhance Antler's reach and awareness.
• Create and distribute compelling content across social media, newsletters, and various platforms.
• Monitor digital marketing engagement to identify the most successful initiatives, campaigns, and channels.
• Coordinate public relations activities and manage relationships with top regional media outlets and PR agencies.
• Cultivate deeper engagement with the tech community through strategic partnerships and events.

🎓 Key experience

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing,
• Experience with PR and content writing
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Photoshop,
• Familiarity with digital marketing and tools such as Google Analytics 4.0, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEM Rush, website CMS (Webflow) and Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Superior oral and written communication skills in English, as well as fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish.
