💡 The Role

We’re now looking for an amazing working student. You will play a key role in providing organizational support to the team in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an independent, service-minded student who is looking to grow with Antler. If you’re up for the challenge, we can promise a great journey and opportunity to work with experienced startup entrepreneurs as well as the founders of future startup successes.

📝 Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to significant workstreams such as Founder Scouting and Internal Recruitment across Antler in Berlin
• Take over process ownership on key activities such as the founder application process
• Support other projects, such as Program management, as and when required

🎓 Requirements

• Fast and independent learner, who can adapt to the changing situations
• Excellent planner with a high degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
• Great service mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English (German is optional but a plus)
• Integrity and professionalism
• Currently enrolled in university
• Looking to work with Antler for a minimum of 12 months in order to really be able to assume ownership and responsibility for key topics
• Available to work +/- 15-20 hours per week
